Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Kepahiang Regency 2022

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and levels of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. Respondents in the 2022 SKD are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistical Services unit (PST) by face-to-face or coming directly to the BPS PST unit and without face-to-face meetings either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, letter, website, or statistical services on line. In general, the aim of implementing SKD2022 is to obtain evaluation material from consumers as a support for improving the quality of data and statistical information. SKD 2022 results are presented in the form of a publication which contains an analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
